The call is open from 19 January to 19 February. Applicants will be notified in March. The residency will take place 10–30 August 2025. We offer two residency slots during a three-week period at Massmanska Kvarnen in Ronneby. The call is open to dance and performing arts practitioners, and each residency slot is intended for 1–4 participants.

About the residency
Blekinge Dance Residency is a permissive and supportive space where artists are invited to explore and focus. It is a space for attentiveness and sensitivity to nuance—a dynamic place in dialogue with its surroundings.
The residency encourages artists to remain in the not-yet-known, to follow intuition, and to create something previously untested rather than to present finished works.
We welcome both established artists and recent graduates, as well as national and international applicants.
The residency is run by Dans i Blekinge, takes place at Massmanska Kvarnen in Ronneby, and concludes with a public showing during Brådjupa, Blekinge Dance Festival, 27–30 August 2026.
